Arzew, LLC was founded in 2020 by seasoned energy professionals with decades of experience across the upstream and midstream sectors.

Since 2020, Arzew has delivered on numerous advisory engagements including greenfield project development, midstream contract structuring, M&A advisory, and serving as a strategic advisor on a FERC-regulated, large-diameter natural gas pipeline developed to supply an LNG export terminal from the Permian Basin. Our team also provides clients with access to a trusted network of technical and commercial experts to address project-specific challenges.

Arzew has executed a range of high-impact advisory engagements across traditional and emerging sectors of the energy value chain. Recent examples include:

  • Strategic Planning & Midstream Contract Negotiation:
    Advised a multi-national brownfield LNG terminal on upstream gas supply strategy, and assisted in the negotiation of the underwriting of the Trident Pipeline – a FERC-regulated, large-diameter natural gas pipeline transporting Permian Basin production to meet Gulf Coast LNG demand.
  • M&A:
    Provided commercial due diligence and asset valuation support for a midstream infrastructure acquisition, including contract review, throughput analysis, valuation and risk assessment.
  • Energy Transition Strategy & Emerging Markets Advisory:
    Led a multi-phased RFP process on behalf of our client to provide carbon transportation and sequestration services. This included screening qualified counterparties, evaluating commercial proposals, and presenting multiple economically viable solutions.

    Led strategic evaluations of emerging market opportunities in CCS, hydrogen, ammonia, carbon emissions monitoring, and the Class VI & Class II injection well regulatory landscape.
  • Greenfield Project Development & Strategic Planning:
    Supported clients on early-stage development of new pipeline and infrastructure projects, including regulatory strategy and land use considerations.

Brad Graves

Brad Graves has over 30 years of experience in the energy space with demonstrated strengths in advisory services, business development, asset management, M&A, greenfield project origination, and various areas of accounting, finance, and marketing. Brad has a proven track record of building and maintaining business relationships based on high integrity and trust. He is an accomplished C-suite executive and board member with a long history of delivering mission critical results. Brad holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Saint Thomas.

Lindsay Quinn

Lindsay Quinn has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry with a background in the midstream, upstream, and energy transition space. Lindsay began her career in energy investment banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. She then worked at Summit Midstream Partners as Vice President of Business Development and opened Summit’s Denver office. In 2016 Lindsay was awarded one of Hart Energy’s Thirty under 40 honorees. Lindsay holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a CFA® charterholder.
